1. About the Service

ExamFormTools is a free, browser-based toolkit that helps Indian exam aspirants prepare document files (photos, signatures, PDFs) to meet government exam form specifications. All tools run entirely in your browser — no files are uploaded to our servers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement. Use by minors under 13 is prohibited.

3. Permitted Use

You may use ExamFormTools to:

  • Prepare photos and signatures for Indian government exam applications.
  • Compress, convert, and organise PDF documents for personal use.
  • Access exam schedule information and read blog articles.

4. Prohibited Use

You may NOT use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Create or distribute fraudulent, forged, or deceptive documents.
  • Scrape, crawl, or automate bulk requests to our site or APIs.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit our tools or servers.
  • Distribute, sell, or sublicense access to the tools as part of a commercial product without our written permission.
  • Impersonate official government portals or examination bodies.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on ExamFormTools — including source code, design, icons, articles, and tool logic — is the property of ExamFormTools and is protected by copyright law.

You may share links to our articles and tools. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute our content in bulk without prior written permission.

Exam names, logos, and official specifications referenced on this site are the property of their respective government bodies. We have no affiliation with or endorsement from UPSC, SSC, NTA, RRB, IBPS, or any other exam authority.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind — express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • Tool output will meet every exam portal's exact current specifications (specifications change; verify against official notices).
  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
  • Exam dates and notifications are always up to date (always verify at official sources).

Always verify processed documents against the official exam notification before submission. We are not responsible for rejected applications due to document format issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExamFormTools and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service — including but not limited to application rejections, data loss, or missed deadlines.

8. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to external sites (official exam portals, government websites, etc.). These are provided for your convenience. We do not endorse or control these sites and are not responsible for their content.
